Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges or store credit only. Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, no returns or cancellations are accepted. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for exchange or store credit. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items must be returned within 14 days after return confirmation. HOLIDAYS: Our exchange policy is extended during the Holidays. Please allow up to 14 days to from delivery date to contact us for exchange or store credit. Items must be returned within 30 days after return confirmation. If you receive an item as a gift outside the 14 day window, please contact us for further information.
